Cultivate Self Care in the Mundane
We also know how important it is to be able to cultivate self care in the mundane day to day activities of our lives. And with that in mind we have included many simple acts of self care throughout the day that can be easily practiced in under 5 minutes or in the regular course of what you do in a day!
Most importantly, we know that you have an inherent need to be nurtured, as much as it is natural for you to take on the role of nurturing others.
